The entry forms for the 2009 Newman & Brooks 54 Hole Tournament, and the Smarter than Smoking Lakelands Sub Junior can now be found in the member section. For any non-members wanting a copy of the entry forms, please email gmjgf@wagolf.com.au

Please note the 8:00am start time for the second round of the 2009 Newman & Brooks 54 Hole Tournament at Busselton Golf Club has been changed to 7:30am.

2009 Handa Junior Masters

Western Australia's Jayde Panos and New South Walshman Matthew Stieger have taken out the 2009 Handa Junior Masters being played at the Vines in extremely difficult conditions.

Jayde won by 6 strokes with rounds of 71 71 76 77 and Matthew by 1 stroke with rounds of 70 71 73 79. For full results click the link below.

Smarter than Smoking News

"Good News" The prevelence of smoking among students aged 12 to 17 years decreased between 1984 and 2005 significantly. The decline has been particularly sharp since 1999, with the prevalence of current smoking amongst the total sample of 12 to 17 year-old school children, falling from 17% in 1999 to 10% in 2002 and 6% in 2005.
